This is what I learnt today:
All the world’s nearly one billion hungry people could be lifted out of malnourishment on less than a quarter of the food that is wasted in the US, UK and Europe.
Can we really feed the poor? Is it actually possible to balance out this unbelievably large gap between rich and poor in this world by simply being more aware of your choice in the supermarket?
It is that simple.
We might not be able to save the world in one day. But you are the consumer and by investing money in any product, good or bad, you support that company and their ways of manufacturing.
